Who we are

What we collect

• Information you choose to send us when you call or email, such as your name, contact details and the reason for your enquiry.
• If you accept analytics cookies: anonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

Online bookings via HCA Healthcare take place on their website and are covered by their own privacy policy.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-VKYM3CWZXT) to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. Google Analytics only loads after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject", no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

Why we use your data

We use enquiry details to respond to you and arrange care (legitimate interests, and for health information, the provision of healthcare). Analytics data is used only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and arrange your care, or as required for medical records.

Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
• Object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
